Complaints Procedure

We strive to give you the best possible care and attention. If you are unhappy about any aspect of our service we would like to know. This practice offers a complaints procedure in accordance with NHS guidelines. A leaflet providing details of the procedure is available at reception.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of our service or would like to make a comment or suggestion, please speak to the Practice Manager who will be happy to discuss things further with you.

It is our aim to resolve any problems promptly.

Suggestions

We welcome comments and suggeastions on improving our services. Feedback forms are available in reception. The form will be available on the website in due course.

Friends and Family Test

Your feedback matters. Please complete the Friends and Family Test (FFT) which is a small questionnaire to provide us with
your feedback on our services. Questionnaires are available in reception.

Patient Participation Group (PPG)

We have a Patient Participation Group who work with us to plan changes and improvements to services. You can join the group either by attending meetings at the Practice or virtually by e-mail.
