Senior Admin Team
The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall organisation and administration of the Practice. If you have any suggestions or complaints please let her know. All complaints and suggestions are discussed within the Practice.
The Assistant Practice Manager and the Sernior Practice Administrator support the Partners and Practice Manager in the smooth running of the Practice. They are also the first point of contact for complaints.

The administration team have an important job and endeavour to deal with your queries, appointments and repeat prescriptions etc as efficiently as possible. They have enquiries and calls coming from every direction, so please be patient.
When telephoning for medical attention, the receptionists may ask for a few details. They have been trained to make these enquiries in order that we can help you in the most appropriate way.
All members of the administration team have completed Information Governance Training (this involves training in various aspects of confidentiality and security of patient information and the Data Protection Act.) They have all completed training in Child Protection and CPR
