Peterlee:
Open every day 24 hours

The Urgent Care Centres deal with people whoj are suffering from minor illness:

  • A cough
  • A cold
  • A sore throat
  • An ear infection
  • Diarrhoea or vomiting

Seaham Urgent Care Centre is by appointment, but appointments are usually available the same day.

The Urgent Care Centres do not deal with ongoing problems or chronic diseases, for example, diabetes or asthma.

They are not able to provide sick notes.
